Wild Mouse
When fifty-year-old Georg loses his job as a music critic for a Viennese newspaper, he conceals this from his younger wife Johanna, who wants a child from him. He launches nightly vendettas against his former boss, which begin as minor damage to property but then escalate to larger attacks. During the day he spends his time in the Prater, where he meets his former classmate Erich, who is also unemployed. Together with him and his Romanian girlfriend Nicoletta, he begins to renovate an old roller coaster. Within a few days, his life is completely turned upside down.
"A crazy pleasure! Delightfully laconic narration, swiftly edited, with the Stand-up artist's sure sense of grotesque, wicked punchlines. A festival of beautiful failure." SÜDDEUTSCHE ZEITUNG
