Amour Fou

"You think you want to live, and yet you want to die"- with this laconic reversal of the conventional view of suicidal people, the film opens up a strange abyss that opens up between the things of everyday life. It is the ordinary things that suddenly disturb Henriette and make her feel like a stranger in her own life. A loneliness that can only be alleviated by the one who also knows this abyss? To what extent this longing for the mirror image of one's own sensations is an illusion or true - who would dare to know this. Only the reality of death is incontrovertible in this respect.
