Bad Luck

With Bad Luck, Woschitz directs a dark thriller in which he almost jolts his audience into hysteria when, for example, cars fall from the sky or a robbery goes wrong in a way that is only familiar from Tarantino's Reservoir Dogs. While the film's visual language is just as sinister as the hopeless life situations of the protagonists, the director manages an extraordinary tightrope walk between crime thriller, drama and black comedy.
