A year at a renowned Austrian ski academy, an internationally renowned training ground for elite athletes whose graduates regularly dominate professional skiing. But the road to the top is icy - even off the slopes. After a grueling admission process, only ten teenagers from among the many international applicants are accepted into the school. In everyday school life, they can expect not only grueling training, but also the occasional interpersonal challenge. Because love and envy, loyalty and betrayal, ambition and disappointment, success and failure are all closely intertwined at the ski boarding school.
