Walter Wippersberg has reversed the procedure of many white researchers who travel to Africa to conduct ethnological studies and then interpret the habits and customs of black tribes in documentary films: In his story, a black African researcher ends up in Upper Austria. The churches, once an important meeting place, are empty - instead, the indigenous people above the Enns huddle together in a huge tent. There they drink enormous quantities of a yellowish liquid and consume mainly chickens. Whereupon the researcher senses a sensation. The white people have a new idol: the chicken has replaced the lamb.
"This parody of the mostly self-important, all-interpreting expedition films has already achieved cult status." Kurier
