Iceman

5,300 years ago in the Neolithic Age. An extended family lives peacefully by a creek in the Ötztal Alps. Their leader Kelab (JÜRGEN VOGEL) is responsible for keeping the sacred shrine. While Kelab is out hunting, his tribe is attacked and the entire clan is murdered, including Kelab's wife and son. The community's shrine is also looted. Driven by pain and rage, Kelab has only one goal - retribution! Kelab follows the trail of the perpetrators. On his odyssey through the mountains he is exposed to the dangers of nature. A tragic mistake makes him himself the prey. Finally, Kelab faces not only the murderers of his family, but also himself. Will he give in to his urge for revenge and go from victim to perpetrator himself? Or will he succeed in breaking the eternal cycle of violence?
