...because something keeps getting in the way! I get practically nowhere! You finally want to check your e-mails - someone sends you a text message to tell you that they're waiting for you to call them back to discuss the Email that you haven't even checked yet because you've just received their text message. Then you read your Emails, but you should already be at the next meeting, which unfortunately takes place at the same time as the meeting after next because you didn't synchronize your computer calendar with your cell phone in time, which you wanted to do while you were checking your e-mails, but then someone from the first meeting called to ask where you were, they've been waiting for you for twenty minutes! Whereupon you get an e-mail from someone from the second meeting asking where you were yesterday, that there was a meeting and whether you didn't get the text message telling you that the meeting had been postponed to the day before, which is strange because you were also left a voice mail that you didn't listen to, because who likes listening to 18 voice mail messages? Especially when there are several hundred books waiting to be, if not read, then at least organized. Oh God! All these insanely interesting topics that interest me so much! Why did I actually buy the book "Family and Society in Japan"? I'm not interested in Japan at all! And above all: why do I have it twice?????
