Start of vacation. Anna (Susanne Lothar), Georg (Ulrich Mühe) and their son Schorschi drive to their idyllically situated vacation home on the lake. While father and son rig up the sailboat, Anna prepares dinner. Suddenly the idyll is disturbed by Peter and Paul. The two seemingly well-bred young men soon make it clear that they are after the family's lives. A deadly game begins.
