A satellite film on the refugee situation in the fall of 2015. A depression with politically provoked atmospheric disturbances and diffuse fears dominates Austria and Europe. In fast motion, outlines of cloud formations move through the image, which Veronika Schubert has elaborately carved and animated in 3,000 panes of glass. They meander without borders, while snippets of sound bites flash up, in which politicians and newscasters clearly make out migration problems in the haze.
