Me, My Own Boss

Me, My Own Boss is the third film featuring Christian Polster, who was born with Down syndrome. The film provides insights into his work in the performance group "Bilderwerfer" with excerpts from rehearsals and performances. The camera accompanies him to his regular pub and shows how he lives his social ties. For the first time there is also a feature film sequence, which was realized according to a script written by Christian himself. Me, My Own Boss is a cheerful film that tries to make Christian's joie de vivre, his humor, his approach to people and things, palpable to the viewer.
