Detective Flo Kienzl, with the help of his foster brother and ex-con Eddi Notsch, tries to bring down the corrupt pig farmer and mayoral candidate Benny Jagschitz, who not only has pigs in his barn, but also corpses in his cellar and the Russian mafia in his hot tub.
