Luca has spent his entire life in the mountains of South Tyrol and grew up with his mother, who struggles to make ends meet as a ski lodge tenant. With his unconventional skiing style, he masters every slope in record time. As an exceptional talent, he manages to get into school, even though he clearly has social deficits. He wants to become a professional skier to secure a stable livelihood for himself and his mother, but with increasing social obligations, he becomes a ticking time bomb. In an attempt to market the new students, Luca is sent on a promotional tour with Dani to try heli-skiing. Once again, Luca goes his own way and puts his life in danger.
