Souls of a River

"Souls of a River" is a search for traces of the fragile concept of identity. The filmmaker as a traveler meets a pathologist who fights for the dignity of drowned refugees on the Evros River, which marks the EU's external border between Greece and Turkey. The fragility of human identity is explored on the border between foreign and home, life and death, remembering and forgetting.
