"The people in this Viennese film do not wear angel wings on both shoulders, they live and therefore they have faults, weaknesses, vanities, passions, they have become folk play characters, as the folk play demands. Viennese people - but not the Viennese of the hundred times copied Viennese operetta waltz film, the tone is on the word human.
