In WE FEED THE WORLD, Erwin Wagenhofer retraces the path of food and traces economic chains of global dimensions. The dimensions of his topic are admittedly too large to fit into a representative form. Therefore, he contents himself with digressions - with case studies of the logic of a system that is driven by economic profit and thereby accepts the "collateral damage" of hunger. Wagenhofer's approach is strictly instructive.
