An abandoned industrial site not far from a centuries-old ore mine in the Styrian Alps: here a self-taught mechanic runs a trade in used cars and spare parts between Austria and his old homeland Nigeria. While he goes about his day's work alone and with wondrous serenity, past, present and future begin to overlap. A mysterious promise of eternal resources meets memories of a friendship thought lost.
