Christoph is in training with the police special unit WEGA - an everyday life between testosterone, combat and peer pressure. When he shoots a man in supposed self-defense, he is celebrated as a hero by his colleagues, but the outside world reacts critically. Soon after, he begins to suffer from panic attacks and trauma symptoms. While he struggles internally with the feeling of being powerless, which he neither understands nor can comprehend, he tries to keep up the appearance of the strong man on the outside, so as not to lose his hero status.
"What begins like a Hollywood blockbuster-style police thriller leads into a gripping examination of authority, peer pressure, structures of domination in male societies." KLEINE ZEITUNG
