A snotty boy sits at the innkeeper's in Siegheilkirchen and draws the naked butcher's wife. The pictures arouse the whole town, the snotty boy's name is Manfred Deix and he has talent. But a small town in 1960s Austria needs painters mainly to paint over its brown spots. Luckily there is espresso Jessy, beer and Rock`n ́Roll. One fine day the Roma come to town and with them the fearless Mariolina. At last there really is something to draw in Siegheilkirchen. But the eternalists in the village are of course a thorn in the side of the strangers and they are already tinkering with a bomb.
A juicy animated film inspired by Manfred Deix, about the puberty of the Republic, with top-class voices and cunningly accurate characters.
